Rangoon and elsewhere. Please keep in mind that even demonstrations that
are meant to be peaceful can become violent and unpredictable. While in
public areas, stay alert and aware of the people around you at all
times. Stay clear of all demonstrations or public gatherings. If you see
something suspicious, report it to the U.S. Embassy or local
authorities if possible and leave the area.
